<synopsis-en>Reconstruction of the production Schritte verfolgen (1985) by Susanne Linke in collaboration with VA Wölfl.

In _Schritte verfolgen II_ Susan Linke, an essential figure and cult reference in the world of dance, returns to her production of the same name. This solo work, premiered in 1985, is considered to be one of her most impressive and personal pieces.

With _Schritte verfolgen II_, not only does she propose a renewal of her previous success, but she reconstructs the first part of the piece, adapting the choreography to share the stage with three dancers of different generations. This generational span emphasizes the message, recurring and constant throughout her work: the effect of time on the human body; aging as experience and change; maturity as liberation from the tyranny of the flesh, harmony between will and beauty, narcissism suspicious of the dictates of aestheticism.
